Modify Subcontracts

The subcontractor or the Principal Investigator (PI) may, for any number of reasons including extensions, budget revisions, or change in scope of work, identify a need to modify a subcontract.

To initiate such changes, complete the SubContract Modification Form

If you are also revising the subcontractor’s portion of the budget, you also must complete and submit a Grant Rebudgeting Form

Submit all forms. to your post-award administrator
