COS maintains a database of grants, fellowships, and other funding information from public and private, domestic and international sources—for science, social sciences, humanities, and community outreach funding.
Create your own COS membership:
- Log in to your UMKC computer (SSO logged into UMKC-USERS).
- Go to http://registration.cos.com/cgi-bin/register
- Enter your contact information in the appropriate fields and create your account.
- For information on your institution, school, and department, please use the drop down menus, which have been customized for UMKC.
On the screen that follows, you can update the information you want to include in the expertise database, including your profile and contact information, research interests and expertise, and publications.
COS also allows you to link directly to your publications in MEDLINE; just use the COS Citation Builder. When international biomedical researchers search MEDLINE, they will also have the option of accessing your COS profile.
